Using Gmail, Yahoo, MSN, or AOL ?

Your spam filters may accidentally filter the confirmation link.

Please read the advice below if you can't find the confirmation link email.

Gmail (Google Mail) Users...
Check Inbox AND Spam Folder

Here's how to add us to your Gmail whitelist:

1. Click Settings
2. Click the Filters tab
3. Click "Create a new filter"
4. Type the @trait-tech.com under From:
5. (Just type "@trait-tech.com" to allow everything from Trait-Tech or "@trait-tech.com".)
6. Click Next Step ??.
7. Check "Never send it to Spam"

Yahoo Users...
Check Inbox AND Bulk Folder

NOTE: Yahoo Services are often heavily delayed. It sometimes a long time to receive an email in Yahoo, even from trusted contacts.

Here's how to add us to your Yahoo whitelist:

1. Open your Yahoo mailbox
2. Click "Mail Options"
3. Click "Filters"
4. Click "Create or Edit Filters"
5. Click "Add"
6. Give your filter a name, e.g. "Whitelist Trait-Tech News"
7. In the top row, labeled "From Header:" make sure "contains" is selected.
8. Click in the text box next to that drop-down menu, and enter trait-tech
9. At the bottom, where it says "Move the message to:" select "Inbox" from the menu.
10. Click the "Add Filter" button at the bottom left.

AOL Users...
Check Inbox AND Spam Folder

If you're using AOL, here's how to receive our mails:

1. Go to "Mail Controls"
2. Select the screen name we're sending your e-mail to
3. Click "Customize Mail Controls For This Screenname."

For AOL version 7.0: In the section for "exclusion and inclusion parameters", include this domain: trait-tech.com

For AOL version 8.0: Select "Allow e-mail from all AOL members, e-mail addresses and domains. Then click "Next" until the Save button shows up at the bottom, then save.

MSN / Microsoft Live / Hotmail Users...

To receive our emails with Hotmail, please follow these steps if you're having trouble:

1. Click the "Options" tab
2. "More Options"
   
3. Under "Junk e-mail" select "Safe and blocked senders"
   
4. Click "Safe Senders"
5. In the space provided "Sender or domain to mark as safe:", enter @trait-tech.com
6. Click "Add"
   
7. When you see the address you entered in the Safe List box, you're done!
